I've Been Away From Blogging For So Long I Forgot What I Do Around Here 2



Second, I was feeling run down so I bought a juicer and started juicing.  It has made a big difference in my life and I'm feeling more energized.  Green drinks for everyone!

    1 golden beet
    3 carrots
    2 celery stalks
    2 cups of spinach
    1 lime
    1 inch piece of fresh ginger

  3. Just made the above recipe and the color is wrong for what I'm drinking in the photo. It may be Green Lemon-aide:

    3 cups Spinach
    1 lemon
    1 cucumber
    1 pear
    1 granny smith apple

  8. I still eat my veggies but like the ease of downing a glass of fresh juice. And that is my summer reading spot which automatically makes it my tranquil spot. :)
