The Pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela is a centuries old trek across northern Spain done by following "The Camino de Santiago", the road to Santiago. Before February of 2001 I had not heard of "The Camino" nor of the Pilgrimage. By the end of October of that year I was in Santiago after completing the walk myself. I thought that when I reached Santiago my journey was over but I see now that my journey started way before I got to Spain and still has not ended.

Notice Anything Different?
Back in January I decided to change the look of my blog and have be been playing with Blogger's templates trying to find a new look that I liked. Today I accidentally hit a button I should not have and lost not only my old design but my Echo commenting system. I am not sure how to get Echo back online right now but I am working on it. Be back in business as soon as possible.

can't wait to see what you decide on for your new template. your blog looks very gray and wet right now. of course, if that is the look you're going for, then i'd say that you've nailed it. :-)
hey, wait a minute. that was me, ally bean, commenting above.
I have trouble reading blogs with a dark background.
I had to double check I was on the right site :0)
Ally- Like this better?
Kay- So do I, so I fixed it. This should be better.
Carrie- Some embrace change and some have change thrust upon them. I am somewhere in the middle. :)
Doh!
Initially I thought you'd been kidnapped. Glad to hear it's JUST that you hit the wrong button.
Nic- Now I am glad I hit that button. I like my new look. :)
hey, your comment gadget is working again. this is a good thing, eh?
i do like the look of this template because it is simple-- the background doesn't distract from the words.
however, whatever template you choose to use is cool by me. your blog, your style.
Comment gadget working is a very good thing. :)
And I am chosing this templete for my blog as I like it for the very reasons you stated- it's simple and the background does not distract from the words. The more I look at it the more I like it.
