The Pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela is a centuries old trek across northern Spain done by following "The Camino de Santiago", the road to Santiago. Before February of 2001 I had not heard of "The Camino" nor of the Pilgrimage. By the end of October of that year I was in Santiago after completing the walk myself. I thought that when I reached Santiago my journey was over but I see now that my journey started way before I got to Spain and still has not ended.

I Just Bought my First Smart Phone
That's one small step for a woman, one giant leap in technology.
I don't have one yet. Been putting off buying one because I fear that I'll become one of the walking smart phone zombies who I see wherever I go. I'll be interested in reading what you think of yours as you get accustomed to using it.
Well, Ally, I can tell you right now the sound quality is a lot better than my old phone, the camera is at least twice a good, and it has this great app that translates voice mail messages into text. My husband is still not ready to switch but I think the better sound quality and the voice mail into text may convince him as he has a hearing problem.
Still playing with it at this point but will let you know within 2 weeks how I'm liking it. The store I bought it from has no questions asked return policy in effect the first two weeks you own the phone.
I don't need all they do either but the sound quality and the camera quality are turning out to be so much better than my old phone, I am becoming a believer.

I think that failing 7 year old phone may force me down the same route. Thing is, I neither want nor need anything they do...
