The Pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela is a centuries old trek across northern Spain done by following "The Camino de Santiago", the road to Santiago. Before February of 2001 I had not heard of "The Camino" nor of the Pilgrimage. By the end of October of that year I was in Santiago after completing the walk myself. I thought that when I reached Santiago my journey was over but I see now that my journey started way before I got to Spain and still has not ended.

You need to share your ingredients. We've never juiced but have been tempted before. I though prefer things I can chew for my treats :)
This one was:
1 golden beet
3 carrots
2 celery stalks
2 cups of spinach
1 lime
1 inch piece of fresh ginger
Just made the above recipe and the color is wrong for what I'm drinking in the photo. It may be Green Lemon-aide:
3 cups Spinach
1 lemon
1 cucumber
1 pear
1 granny smith apple
thanks for sharing them. My husband is not convinced.
Men! ;)
Your husband is a wise man.
Mr. LaP.
I have a juicer but prefer the fibre that you get if you eat the constituent parts!
I also meant to say - you look so tranquil and happy in your little corner there!
I still eat my veggies but like the ease of downing a glass of fresh juice. And that is my summer reading spot which automatically makes it my tranquil spot. :)
